Looks like one of the Rhipsalis, though I'm not sure which one.

Regardless of type of plant, wilting can come from simply having insufficient moisture in the soil, or from roots having rotted from having a time of too much moisture while there is no oxygen in the soil. With only moisture, roots can easily rot. If that happens, plants also wilt because no roots are there to deliver moisture to the foliage. HTH you determine which is happening with your plant.

As an insurance plan, I would cut off some pieces, let them dry overnight, and start a new pot of this plant (by sticking the cut ends in the soil.)

This is a Rhipsalis. AKA Misletoe Cactus

I have had a love/hate relationship with this species. Remember to keep it moist. Mist heavy everyday, this may help with the dry tips. They are tropical cacti who hang with bromeliads. Here is a picture of one in bloom.
