plant - problems need help

I have this succulent with problems..
The photo shows what looks like
small roots. Which if they are roots would be Ok. However that particular plants is struggling so I am wondering if someone out there might have had the same issue.

Looks like aerial roots - not a problem.

Hi.....I always have problems with succulents here in MN..
theres just not enough sun inside in the winter....I try to keep them in a south window and water very little, just enough to keep them alive, and then come summer get them outside as soon as I can....yours is stetching for more light and the roots for more water.....try watering just a bit more and try to get it more light...good luck...linda
