Philos are extremely Hardy and it should bounce back with some pruning. As long as if the stems aren't totalled, when you cut off the damaged leaves they should begin to sprout new vines at the nodes.
Also, keep it in an area that will get indirect but bright light. They can actually grow quite well in low light situations then other plants, but that dosnt mean to go place it in the basement or your darkest room.
It should regrow quite nicely in a few months with proper care

Give the plant a little recovery time. The plant will show you what parts can be saved and what needs to be pruned but it can wait for a few days either way. This plant doesn't need bright sun. Moderate light and water works well. It's a very forgiving plant and can handle the pruning you'll need to give it but give it a moment. The poor thing is a little traumatized at the moment.
