Is there ANY green at all showing? Normally, now would be a poor time to repot the plant, but because of its prolonged dry spell, it won't do more harm than what's already been done. I would lift the plant from the pot and take a close look at the roots. Remove ALL the soil, unless all the roots are obviously dead (then, onto the compost pile it goes). If some of the roots are still fleshy to the point they look like they might be viable, repot in a free-draining soil you can keep barely damp until new growth resumes, at which time you can start fertilizing.

The alternate route would be to skip all the above and just cut the top back hard, water it, and wait; but I strongly favor the former plan.

If it's been dry for the 2 months then there'd be little chance of survival. But rather than just throw it out you could soak it initially and then keep it moist for a while to see if anything regenerates. You never know for sure until you try. It might not have been completely dry for the full 2 months.
