Mystery Plant: Please help me ID (pic)!

Hello all,

Does anyone know what kind of plant this is? A friend gave me a cutting last summer and since then it has really grown and I really have grown fond of it. It has soft, fleshy leaves. I need to pot up but not entirely sure what soil I should provide. Can anyone help? Thanks!

    Nice plant, maybe an Aichryson?

Looks like Portulacaria to me, a succulent.

May be wrong, but looks like a baby Jade plant to me...just judging by the leaf structure??? If so, you want good drainage, or it can rot.

Thanks so much, everyone. After seeing your ideas and doing a bit more research, I think I've determined that it is indeed Aichryson domesticum. It's a really neat plant. I just hope the pot up I just performed wasn't too hard on it--it's very fragile and I had to bare root it to transfer to a gritty mix. Anyway, thanks a lot for your ideas!
