Teen, your African Violet IS beautiful!
Its flowers are so full. I like that color pink.

Your Maranta, Prayer Plant is cute, too.
Did you know there's an actual variegated Maranta? Leaves are the same type as yours plus white streaks.
I had one but it died..boo hoo. Toni

A variegated spider plant i saw on the floor in a wallmart today....a child must have torn it off from the mother plant and played with it, or something. I don't know. It's mine, all that matters :) Heard they are great air cleaners.

It may be small now but in time that critter will get much larger and yes it is a syngonium.

The other is a dracaena godseffiana. :)

    FlowerPotTipper..First, Belated, HAPPY BIRTHDAY.

Wow, what a beautiful, variegated Orchid!
Where did the 'gifter' find it? :)

    How have you been????

Saleh. I believe your Syngonium is a miniature, but not 100% positive. It resembles S. podophyllum 'Pixie'..
If your Syn is podo, it won't get any taller than 12-15".

    Some of my variegated plants.

    Crown of Thorns.

This Till isn't variegated, but I love its red coloring

    Hopefulauthor,

Thank you, I turned 30 on March 8th, I was with my mom at a Safeway grocery store and they just got in a big shipment of about 30-40 moth orchids, and it was the only one that was variegated...so of course I was not gonna leave without it. I was gonna pay for it but my mom payed for it as one as one of my gifts, it was $12.99. She also ordered me 4 succulents from Aridlands nursery.

My only problem with this orchid is that it's in spagnum moss, and I'm scared to kill the poor thing. So I'm waiting for the flowers to die back so I can repot it, but hopefully it doesnt die before then. I'm just horrible at watering plants with moss, I always seem to end up overwatering...

I also recently got a red airplant that looks alot like yours, maybe even the same, but here's a pic-

I'm so jealous of the red air plants you two have, my 3 different types are only green :( Hopefully i will be rewarded with flowers this summer.

Very nice plants, folks both the variegate & the vibrantly colored.

One of my all time favorite plants. My beloved Balfour Aralia, aka Polyscias Balfouriana Marginata, a gorgeous variegate. Sadly, I recently lost my last one of several, they can be tricky.

I think this variegation & leaf shape are just exquisite!

(let's see if I can make this enlargeable.)

I just can't get enough of this plant!

Do you think Euphorbias are the same? Mine didn't have any ID. It looks like it has more white, but I would like to have proper ID.

Tuck, I don't think your Sans epithet is correct, but wouldn't presume to know how to fix it... It's a daggone pretty Sans, as are all of your plants - and everyone else's! Off to the garden center today, wish me luck finding some excellent variegated plants!

  • Tuckamore

    purple,

I wasn't sure about that one either. maybe someone can clear it up for both of us.

Good luck at the garden center!!

    Morning,

Wow, everyone has such beautiful, healthy Variegated plants!

FPT, You lucked out. One variegated Orchid amongst others!
    Right place, right time.

I don't know much if anything about Tillandsias, but you're right. Our Tills look similar.
What type of care do you provide?

Auron. I found my Till on Ebay. Think it cost 2.99.

Purple, your Pep is the prettiest I'd ever seen.

Rina...Beautiful Ginko...Very unusual leaf shape and colors.

Karen, your COT's win..Well, the winning plant is between Purple's Pep and your Crown.
I've never seen a Crown with such lovely variegation.
