Very nice Fittonias.

I think the plant you're asking about is some kind of Pilea.

That would be my guess but what kind of Pilea has all silver leaves?

looks like lamium to me - maybe not, lamium's leaves are little more pointy? (just like the bottom silver-leaved plant)...

EDIT:
Is it the one circled in red? - try silver waffle plant...

I doubt they would put lamium in those arrangements, I think it is Pilea too, maybe P. cadieri

That's a pretty pic! My first thought was Pilea too. Hemigraphis could offer a similar look but I'm pretty sure that's not what this is, the veins in the leaf don't match.
