I have a pothos growing in water in a decorative Coca Cola cup. It's a hard translucent plastic cup, but over the years it has had quite a build up of salts on the outside to make it look kind of krudy. I know on clay pots you use a wire brush to scrape it off, but that would destroy this cup. What is the best way to remove the salt residue?
