| I bought this plant years ago at a grocery store, and it never did have any names or care instructions. I managed to keep it alive for six years by sheer luck, but now it has died and I would love to get another if I knew what it was. Unfortunately, I only have dead pictures. Please help! | Can you post a picture of the leaves hanging off the back? Can't really identify by just a trunk..... |
|
| Sorry, I was trying to get the one leaf in the pic but it is all dried. Below are a few more. https://www.dropbox.com/s/64mgqhmjdq7an05/Leaves1.jpg |

| Could you give more info like a description of how it grew/ if it flowered/ what the leaves were like when healthy? |
|
| The plant never flowered and never got much bigger than the 1.5 foot it started at. Not a fast grower. All the trunks/branches were original, i.e. no new growth other than leaves. It seemed to like a lot of sun and little water. Leaves looked almost like little bunches of oak leaves that grew from stems that seemed segmented like skinny bamboo stalks. Light green, very delicate. |

| If nobody figures it out here it may be a good idea to try posting on the "Name That Plant" forum as well. If your plant wasn't a typical houseplant then people here may not be familiar with it, but over there at "Name That Plant", people who are familiar with all sorts of plants contribute. Good luck! |
