Yep, definitely a 'Brazil' Philodendron. Their leaves are known to vary in color, with some having more yellow than green and vice versa.

Have you been providing it bright light? Maybe the "stems" are turning a more reddish hue with more brighter light. Also, I would imagine the yellow "variegation" would me more pronounced in brighter light and you're more likely to get more green on the leaves than yellow if you have it in lower light.

Yes this is a Brazil and a nice one.

Don't worry about the red stems. Brazils do produce the odd mutant stem that's red and a bit thicker than the others.
