Welcome to the forum, you have a wonderful collections. The last one is a pothos (aka) Epipremnum aureum. I have the same plant and they are so easy to grow.

I think the other plant you don't know in your mixed planter may be Hypoestes (polka dot plant.) That pot concerns me, wondering if it has a drain hole in the bottom? The plants in there have different tolerances for light, not sure they're going to be happy together indefinitely. I might consider separating them. I don't know about baby's tears but the rest are low-light plants but the Poinsettia should need more light to continue to be in good health.

On the windowsill, that is a Dracaena marginata. Can't see the leaves clearly enough to tell if it's just the plain species or a 'Tricolor.'

Second to last pic, that's Cissus with your Syngonium.

These plants look pretty happy to me. Not sure your BF is a keeper but you didn't ask for advice about that...

I like your plants, and such nice windows to accommodate them.

I have an 8 y/o hoya carnosa "krimson queen", your plant looks similar to it. If it is, it can bloom on old and new growth. Flowering is difficult to achieve indoors. When I put mine outside during summer it thanked me with 5 fragrant flower heads. Reminded me of tootsie rolls.

I'm assuming that this "tootsie roll" experience is scent related?

The corn plant has some edging that you would use in your garden outside because my cat likes to climb in the plant (since the pot is so big) and do her business in there. Not really good for the plant I would imagine. So we put that in there so that she wouldn't be able to do that anymore.

The one with all the plants in it get lots of light. It's on the kitchen table which is right in front of our patio doors. So far all the plants seem to be growing pretty good. Unfortunately it doesn't have drainage holes but I have noticed that if I over-water the water will leak out the bottom somehow. I am just really, really careful when I water that one.

Oops, forgive me. I've been making vague statements lately. My mind is elsewhere .....Yes the scent reminded me of tootsie rolls, I think the flowers probably taste like something else :)

Would such things be toxic? Otherwise I'd try a taste.

hmmmm...if you've read any of my posts of late...looking back on'em I have to admit I look pretty scatterbrained...which might be an accurate account of things. Oh well,right? :)

My mom [cough'ty years ago half way across the world :-) ] used to have the kind of hoya that would have full nectar drops hang from every flower. As a kid, I used to stick my tongue under the flowers and drink the nectar. It was very sweet and I was fine. (But do this at your own risk, of course.)

By the way, the poor thing grew in a small pot (the hoya, not my mom) in a horrible soil hard as a rock with all the nutrients sucked out of it long prior, never repotted, never fertilized, even watered highly irregularly - it felt like not for months! (although childhood memories are often exaggerated.) Yet it had one or two runners running literally around a big window and back, and flowered profusely every single year for many years. It was quite amazing.

Although I've kept Hoya off and on I've never had one bloom for me so it'll be a while before I will get the chance to do anything so bee-like to it(perhaps we were pollinators in a past life?lol)

Ever tried to make tea from honeysuckle blooms? Seasoned with honey it tastes JUST like it smells. :)

Tea from honeysuckle? This is the first I heard and I am very excited! I've been having plants used for tea in the back of my head for so long, it's going to explode. I need a tea garden, fast. Can this be done with any honeysuckle? I wish I knew about 2 weeks ago. I had a plethora of wild, fragrant honeysuckle in bloom. I'm starting rugosa roses for rose petal/rose hip teas (maybe jelly too?). Waiting for one of my houseplants to bloom so I can confirm if it's Arabian tea jasmine (yay homemade jasmine tea!).

Sorry this is completely irrelevant to the topic. Any updates on how the OPS plants are doing?
