It seems to be some kind of fern, and it doesn't look too well, but there may be hope, take a look at the roots. If they look alive, it may well perk up. I hope someone can come up with a name...

It looks like a fern in a lot of trouble. Drying out seems to be the most obvious issue, It could also be dry air inside the building. In that case a good soaking to get it started. But make sure the potting mix drains really well and stays moist.
