Help needed!!Kentia palm only one leaf yellowing

Hello,
I have a Kentia palm since around 6 months.
About 2 months ago, one leaf went brown and I cut it off.
Now, there are new leaves coming but on the other hand, the centre leaf's one side is getting yellow.
Also, this leaf scape has always had some black spots on it. I don't know if this is the reason why it is getting yellowish on one side.
