My Red Aglaonema has a flower bud on it!!!

My Red Aglaonema that I got this year now has a flower bud on it. It is white right now will the flower have some red in it when it opens?

I will post a pic later.

That is pretty. Reminds me of a peace lily bloom, hence the relation between the 2 in the aroid family

The spathe and spadix configuration is common in most(all?) aroids. Examples including(but not limited to) aglaonema,alocasia,anthurium,caladium,colocasia,dieffenbachia,epipremnum,monstera,philodendron,spathiphylum,xanthosoma,etc.

They all have some version of it or another. :)

By the way Kuroc,I forgot to mention that you have a beautiful plant there! :)

As is par for the course I shall now ask that you provide updates if/when possible...would love to see the bloom as it makes progress.
