Lucky Bamboo Wrinkling and Yellowing

I received a lucky bamboo as a gift and have been keeping it in my office for around a month and I'm worried about some of the signs I'm seeing. One stalk on my plant is wrinkled, softer to the touch than the other stalks, but still a healthy green. Another stalk is sporting some yellow patches, and yet another stalk is completely hard and yellow brown on the back top portion. All the stalks appear to be producing healthy leaves though.
I use only bottled water and keep the water level about where it is in the pictures I have on the flickr link below. I completely dump and refill the water about every week and a half. It's under standard office fluorescent lights about 27/4 and doesn't get any natural sunlight.
Do I need to bring it home so It will have some natural light? Or is it a lost cause with some of the symptoms of the stalks?
I have pictures on flickr at the link below.
Thanks in advance for help and advice!
