This perennial garden plant came with the property, and we would like to know what it is called. Local garden center came up blank. It stops growing but stays green all Winter, then begins to grow in Spring and forms a white "pineapple" like structure (see photo) which then dies off in the Fall. Seems like it should be in the Yuca family, but more informed opinions would be welcome. Thanks for your help.
