i've sprayed the scar with fungicide that's why it looked wet. but is this something i should be worried about? would the scar disappear in time? it's just a new plant to me and it looks healthy despite the scar. |

| Technically the scare won't disappear, it will be recorded in the woody caudex forever, but it won't take long for the cambium to roll over the scar, after which any cursory evidence of it having been visible will have disappeared. Al |

| i learned something so conventional today. at least, it wwill no longer be visible to the eyes unless the plant is cut open. ty |

| my ponytails so this from time to time....I leave it alone do not treat and they do just fine. They are very hardy plants it will take A LOT to kill it! |
