Another Begonia, cane?

Another gift today!

There were so many pieces of this plant, I still had more & decided the homeless chunks of Tradescantia would look good paired with it. Out of pots by now, cut holes in the bottom of this little trash can I found under the back porch. Hopefully the Begonia will grow UP and the T. will grow down.

Pretty sure all are cane. Taylor Greenhouses has a great photo gallery divided by type.

O I know I could get lost looking at pics for hours, just kinda wanting those who already know to tell me if I'm in the right camp. There's toooo many Begonias, I probably don't even know all of the possible types. Thanks so much for chiming in!

Their photo gallery isn't that large and there's one devoted to canes. A lot of them have spots. Begonia forum might be faster.

This Begonia is also doing great! All floppy-ness is gone, new growth is happening.

Purple, looking good.

I'm confused though.. Is your Begonia the same as the upper pic Begonias? What happened to the T?

Did you decide to remove it?

It looks tall...is it?

Yes, the only way I know which is which is by the pots. The plants have improved so dramatically, they don't even look like the same ones.

The T? Sorry, I'm lost.

This plant goes about halfway up my thigh. I don't know if that's considered tall or not? Love the color of the newly forming leaves.
