Never heard of such a thing. Perhaps you could explain better what your needs are. Do you mean plant saucers to put under your containers to catch the excess water after drenching your plants?

I've never seen trays like that but if you can drill holes in the trays you have or can get, you can easily do it yourself with rubber grommets.
Get some grommets and tubing that will fit inside of them and your all set. These are easy to use; for example, for a 3/8" drain you drill a 1/2" hole, slide the grommet in and the tubing inside the grommet and you end up with pretty much exactly what you wanted.

You should be able to buy them at home Depot, Lowes, whatever home center type store you have near you or online like Amazon.
