So I had bed bugs a while back and decided to fork over $1200 for thermal extermination.

I had such a hatred for the bugs that I decided to let my house plants sit in the heat (135+ degrees for a few hours) in case any bugs wanted to hide in there - not on my watch, buggos.

Anyways, I don't need to elaborate that my Areca palm is just a big brown droop now. I'm sure the roots are fine still, it was very healthy prior to this fiasco, so I am wondering if I should let the palm shed itself, or prune everything down to roots?
