Zamioculcas Zamiifolia with mealy

My poor ZZ plant has mealy bug, it's still pretty early in the infestation, it isn't really showing any symptoms yet, no yellowing etc just the bugs.

This is my plan of attack

Quarantine the ZZ, Wipe down each little leaf, spray a little Bayer Natria since I happen to have some lying around, I have a systemic product that I use for bugs and black spot for my roses (I live in humidhumidhumid DAMP Georgia, you HAVE to do SOMETHING about black spot down here)

Other than that I don't know what to do about it.

I have heard that wiping down the infected spots with rubbing alcohol, dawn dish soap, juiced habanero pepper or fish emulsion are effective against mealy but that's one helluva concoction, together or separately.

Has anyone tried any of those more natural/mild mealybanes with success?

I've also heard Witch Hazel has some effect on them and I happen to have some of that with a little rubbing alcohol in it. I doubt it will hurt the plant... might as well?

If I had any advice, you'd be welcome to it. There's been some extensive discussions about mealy lately. Folks may just be out of anything else to say about it. Sorry you have this issue! Hope you find what you need in one of the discussions. Certainly a bulk of ideas, some advice based on experience.

Is this growing indoors or out?

I wouldn't wish to risk the plant by experimenting like that. Since I know for certain alcohol is OK for Jades, I'd try that since ZZ are succulents as well.

Just swab w/ a Q-tip dipped in alcohol, will darken the bug as you remove it. Maybe try just a couple of the stems w/ it FIRST, to see if it does OK. Give it a day or 2 to see the reaction. If OK, this treatment needs to be repeated every few days (3-4 days or so) to keep up w/ the mealy youngins.

I'm not sure all those things were meant to be used together (concoction-wise).

If you're growing indoors, pls. DON'T use the Rose systemic as I'm sure that was meant for outdoor use only.
