I can't remember when it was, maybe a year or so ago. But someone posted a picture of a Support they had created for their monstera plant. This support was made from copper and sat outside the plants pot cradling it as it grew.
The monstera plant was on a back deck and was growing crazy until this persons husband built it a support system to keep it upright and growing 'up'
My questions. I searched for hours and couldnt find the post so im hoping the original person who posted it is still around! does anyone else remember this post?
I'd like to make one. I have the concept down and need to pick up the copper pipes but i have a concern regarding the metal and the plant.
If i were to say put the ends of the support into the pot... would the copper create problems in the soil?
Im more then likely going to be making a tall square that goes around but im pondering the idea so it would be more moveable.
Thanks for everyones help!
