I've looked and looked and can't find anything about this plant. Can anyone please tell me what it is before I kill it. I've posted a pic but it isn't very good. The plant stands about 4ft. tall. The leaves are outlined in a deep red, although in the pic you can't tell. The white-brown color along the edge of the leaves is where the leaf is turning brown and dying. When the leaf meets the stem it forms a funnel. The stem is a deep red. The stalks look like a mix between a palm and some kind of braided plant. Any help will be greatly appreciated!
