himalaya-mix plants at ikea : the name refers to soil mix, not to plant name.
this is a narrow leaved croton (codiaeum) variety. there are many dif ones, the exact variety will be hard to pin down.

do not let it dry out more then half-way - when they are actively growing (in summer) they need to be evenly moist. best to put some mulch down to prevent surface from drying out too much.
the soil mix needs to drain well however.
it looks like it is in coir peat? it would be better with perlite added for drainage.
you can tip prune at any time (just cut off the last 2 leaves) - it'll branch and look bushier.
if it's indoors - it needs some dappled sun for good growth. either east or west is good, sev hours at least. just avoid very hot direct sun.
