Hello all. I just got a pilea and would like some tips. I hear after a few years it is good to just take cutting from the plant to replace it. Anyone have any pics of any they are growing?

Any tips would help so much!

I think it is rare.

I see the plant at places like Home Depot and Lowe's all the time, little starter plants, so I don't think it's that rare. I've never grown it, though.

I agree that it's not rare. I too have often seen it in box stores.

I've only grown scraps of it experimentally in terrariums, so they do seem to need a fair amount of humidity (I'd suggest a pebble tray at least). They seem to benefit from frequent pinching. I don't know the light requirements, I assumed bright, indirect light would be good.
