It is growing wonderfully.
Pinch off the new growth to keep it compact....but this is the plant's habit, and you will need to "tame" it several times throughout the growing season. Don't forget to fertilize periodically.

I didn't realize this was its typical habit. I have some some varieties that look more suited for a hanging basket, growing more out, and down, instead of up. Maybe its not that they are getting more sun, but just that they are a slightly different cultivator.

I will try pruning back and see how it goes.

This is the standard habit of the green Port. afra.
There are other variegates, cultivars, that have a more mounding or trailing habit. In many cases, though, it is lower light that leads to droopy growth.

I have some that I bought at home depot. The info tag said: Water throughly when soil is dry., etc. I did and now they are all dying. What do I do to sa ve them? Thank you in advance for all your help. God Bless.

My plants are in very free-draining mixes - one is in pure Turface alone - and I water mine every 2 - 3 days outdoors during the Summer. I certainly don't let them dry out excessively, or else the leaves wither and drop. When I first started growing these, I treated them as one would a Crassula ovata (Jade); however, they are not as drought-tolerant as Jades, and should not be left without water for as long. Consistent moisture is the key - and a mix that allows for that happy medium.
