my aechmea fasciata is blooming finally after 5 years or so.
i have 2 blooms in a cluster. it's indoors always.

there are many many forums where you can post pics of outdoor blooming plants - please, do it there.
i understand when people move their indoor sub/tropical plants outdoors to grow/bloom better or if they are inside the greenhouse - they can be considered houseplants.
there are certain challenges involved in blooming plants indoors, so they become sort of precious.
and i am sure people can just flood this thread with pics of their gardens. but let's not do it.
let's not post pics of obviously strictly outdoor temperate flowers here, ok?
