Hi. I'm not much of a plant person, but I am working on it and would love to polish up my green thumb. This plant has been in my office for several years now. I'm pretty sure the tallest stems shouldn't be that tall/leggy/sparse. And the smaller stems are brand new, and were highly unexpected as I didn't think the plant was very healthy. What can I do with the very tall stems? Should I cut them back somehow? Any advice to help this plant flourish? Thank you! PS--I don't know the name of this plant.
