Lawn Jockey for Potted Plants

Hello:
I'm looking for a small ornamental jockey which can be put into a plant's vase to decorate it. I have seen one advertised but it's not currently available. This jockey is about 3.5" tall, made of plastic and the jockey is standing with his arm outstretched.

Anyone know where surch an ornament can be purchased?
