| I have two Christmas cacti which I have had for about eight years. They have bloomed consistently around Christmas time. I have repotted a couple of times, both times into ProMix, but I think they would do better in a different mix.
I have read that African violet mix is a good bet, but being the middle of September, maybe I should wait until spring to repot? Any thoughts? |

| Hi Tom. I'd wait untill spring to repot. Since your CC normally blooms, and considering the time of year, it's best to hold off. You don't want to disturb buds should soon appear. Do you have an actually CC or TC? My TC's are potted in AV soil, bark and Perlite. Toni |
