Black spots on my Schefflera

I have had this plant for 10 years and do not want to lose it. It has developed black spot on the underside of the leaves and they are withering and falling off one by one. Does anyone know what is causing this?

Mites.

It prolly needs a FULL repot - next Jun, but there are things you can do now, to help get the plant back on track. Follow link below to a thread that will help you avoid ALL the common problems that bring growers here seeking remediation.
