Is it a good time to prune a fFicus?

I just brought my ficus trees inside for the winter. They stay in the basement where it hovers around 65 F and they don't receive any direct sun. I did discover (not on my own) that if I don't water them they keep their leaves very well.

One of them needs a major prune job. I left it out one day too many last fall, and in a freeze it lost quite a few branches. Is this a good time to prune, or should I wait until it goes back outside in the spring?
