Calathea "Holiday" - Any info?

So I saw a plant on Logee's that I was interested in, but when I search for it I can't find much info! It's Calathea "Holiday", which is a hybrid that supposedly flowers most of the year with large pink flowers. It's a very handsome plant. Any one know or own one of these that could tell me more? Like how to keep it if I were to buy it?

Hi Wendy..After reading your thread I Googled Calathea Holiday..it's truly a beautiful Calathea.
Love its white edges.

I'm not trying to dissuade you from purchasing this Cal from Logee's, but the cost is 24.95. With shipping, the total will be around 35.00 plus.
Unless you plan on ordering more than one plant, shipping is outrageous!

C. Holiday is a hybrid, but I don't understand which two plants were used to get Holiday.
All I could find was Calathea x Holiday, lol.
It's supposed to be one of the most sought out Calatheas on the net.
One pro about Logee's is they have plants not sold elsewhere.

I imagine Holiday is grown similar to other Cals.
Bright light, humidity, etc.

I also read C. Holiday can reach 3' and blooms most of the year..Whether or not it's true, is another thing. :)

Are you going to buy one? Toni
