Please understand it's not possible to reverse loss of variegation in a specific leaf, but you might be able to keep the entire plant from reverting by pruning out the reversions.

One problem is, there are several common causes of reversion, so it's often difficult to know how to act prophylactically. Low light, temperature changes, waterlogged soils, and spontaneous reversion resulting in the more vigorous green parts of the plant outcompeting the weaker variegated parts for food resources are some causes of partial or complete reversions.

hyperfertilization might also be an issue .. favoring vigorous green growth ... over foo foo

i would not fert them for the rest of winter ...

some variegated peeps.. repeatedly cut out green growth ... so that it doesnt.. as al notes.. take over the plant ...

you have two.. experiment with one ..

and .. you can probably root all the cuttings.. if you have some need for a lot of green plants ...
