anybody used this product? Parex acrylic concrete

I was web surfing, stumbling and found this DIY project for a mosaic covered kids ball: http://www.diynetwork.com/diy/cr_garden_patio/article/0,2025,DIY_13757_5502003,00.html and they use Parex acrylic concrete, I've never heard of it, anybody else?
