Embelishing hypertufa

I want to add small stones, mosaic tiles or other glass pieces to the outside of my hypertufa pot after its it's outside the bowl type mold. Can I use fresh, wet, hypertufa as the mortar or base to set the stones, mosaic tiles or other glass pieces into?
Will new Hypertufa cure to partially cured say 10 or 15 day cured Hypertufa? Has anyone tried this and what success did you have?
Any help, ideas or suggestions regarding this would be appreciated.
Thank You!

Try landscape adhesive.

Thanks for the tip regarding landscaping adhesive. Where would a person find that?

imbed your imbelishments, as I like to also set them on a small sq or round tapered (the sides, for easy release) piece of plywood for a window effect, glued or screwed to the sides of mold. either way when you harvest, just clean of, expose the new fab creation. ah look what you made!!! awesome!!...I like using sq wood molds, makes customizing easier, practical. paint it several coats first so I doesn't suck up moisture. ther done.
