What is plastic cement

I recently went to a art festival. One on the artists had made some lovely leaves. I asked if the leaves were made out of hypertufa. She said no, that they were made out of plastic cement. I haven't been able to find any info on plastic cement. What is it? How is it different than hypertufa or cement? Where can a person buy it? Thanks

It's used for stucco. It's flexible and water resistant. You have to take care due to the fumes associated with it, work in well ventilated area. You can make leaves with less fuss using hypertufa or mortar mix. The weight of the bag is the same as a standard bag of Portland cement, 94 lbs. At least with Portland you can sometimes find it in a 47 lb. bag.
