| Can someone here explain the process of making feet to add on the bottom of planters when I make them.
I am a little confused on how they will adhere to the planters bottom. Thanks for any suggestions. |

| Are you molding the planter on the inside or the outside of a form? |

| I am molding inside for now. I am new to this hobby and have found it easier for now to start molding on the inside. Had made one pot molded from the outside and had a slight problem with it. I will have to post pics of my new creations soon as I can figure how to do that on here as well. |

| Using a large mold ( like a dish pan) buy a piece of styrofoam building insulation - 1-2" thick Cut to size of the bottom of the inside of the mold. Then cut out four corners ( circle or square) of the styrofoam insulation. Put styrofoam back in bottom of inside of the mold. Mix hypertufa and then place hypertufa over the four cut outs and continue about 1" over styrofoam. Continue to build side walls. When you remove from mold , the bottom will have feet where you made cut outs ( four corners) Sorry dont have photos. Mike |
