I got mine on Friday! They arrived safe and sound...now I have to get to work.....looking forward to helping build a city!

I got mine on Friday too. I have been brainstorming all day how I am going to decorate it. I have it all in my head and can't wait to get started on it...Think I might have to make one for myself to put in my studio. This is going to be so much fun.

Got my house today. Loved the instructions that came with it.............lol Have several ideas just have to figure out which one I want to go with. :)

I am the contracter and I have hired Hubs to do the roofing. Painters and carpenters have been busy all day (me and me Inc.).LOLOLOLO

This is so much fun. I had no idea what I was going to do until I got started.

you do realize it's going to up your property taxes, don't you?...
can you imagine an auditor coming around and telling you that you have developed a multi family development, out of your existing property package and therefore, the taxes will be set accordingly to so many x's what you pay now....lol

oh, even the thought of it..

so they don't just be out, and unprotected?

I got my house today! I still have no idea what I am going to do with it but I am sure something will cross my brain when I least expect it. This will definetly be fun and I am sure the houses will be as different as all of the builders.

YABBA DABBA DO! I got a house to do! I'm so excited....I had something in mind already, but the shape of the house I got ended that one. Back to the drawing board LOL. I loved the building codes and this is truly going to be a love gift huh? I'm also glad to be a part of it.

My husband had gotten the mail this a.m. and when I got up he said-you've got a package. I was opening it up and I said you know what it is? It's a board! Haha, so I was explaining it all to him and I told him you were going to mount it on the fence. We'll that was like talking to Bevis or Butthead- selective hearing- all he heard was the mount it on the fence part. So I went through it again and he said, what are you supposed to do with it? I said you can do whatever you want with it, and he said why don't you drill holes like Swiss cheese and send it back, that way the neighbors can peek through the other side! (I don't know where he comes up with these things...)
