JT's time in Virginia

Hello everyone!

Just wanted to share some of JT's adventures while here in VA. She was pretty tired after her long trip from Michigan, so she spent today just lounging around.

She enjoyed a leisurely Sunday morning wafle....

Then, she spent a little time in the hot tub with a toy hippo....

She should be good and rested for the long trip ahead of her. I'll be packing her up with the new junk on board the train and shipping her off to the sunny state of Florida tomorrow! She's hoping to get a tan!

Here are my junk train goodies....lots of potential!!

Well, Jezzie, certainly looks well-fed and clean! She must be lovin' VA! Like the "goodies" that traveled with her... that butterfly looks beautiful! Wow, she must have been crowded in the JT box! Thanks for sharing, Marlene! Jeanne S.

Looks like JT had a great time in VA. Glad she is on her way to Florida, maybe even to me. Anyway I can't wait and will see that she has a good time whenever she arrives.

Don't spoil her too much! I bet she enjoyed the hot tub after all her snow playtime in Michigan.

JT is looking very happy with her visit. Thanks for making her feel so welcome. I know ya'll had a grand time together.

Just bumping this up since a few of you had asked what I got out of the junk train...I also got a little angel out, but she was having some plastic surgery done on her wings so she didn't make the photo!

It's really kind of funny....I got so excited when my DH brought the box in, you would have thought it had a million bucks inside! ;-)

LOL, it really is funny about how excited we get over boxes of junk! I never could have found all of you like minded junkers without the GW!

I know approx 3 or 4 other people in my area who enjoy junkin' too. They all live about 50 miles away though, but when I get to visit them, I always come away inspired, even if they haven't done much of anything new. It's just nice to see all their neat stuff and to enjoy their own touches of creativity. Come spring, I'll have to visit and make some pics to share with you all! Oh, how I wish some of you lived within 50 miles of me!!! I bet it would result in one of the best junkin' markets ever heard of!

The pic of JT by the hot tub is so cute ... looks like her smile is larger in that one, well I must admit that those waffles sure have her full attention too! :-)
