Toomuchglass...Do we need to leave a "margin" (like 3/4" or so) up from the bottom of the houses (on the front side) so that you can attach them to the railing? I'm asking because I'll be adding some "bling" and don't know if you need a flat space to screw them onto your deck. Make sense???
