That's great!! Just be sure it's really sold before you take on another 1 as sometimes these days it doesn't work out. Don't want to be stuck with 2 house payments in 2 states. Hope they have all the credit & money they need to get it & that it goes through for you! I know of couple of people in a real mess. Neighbor bought 2nd house for "investment" & was sure he could rent it out & it didn't work out & now 2 payments are taking him under!!Jan
