Everything looks great!! I love spring!!Find a dogwood, I love them. I wanted 1 out here but they told me at the nursery that they don't do well out here. Think they need more humidity. Thanks for sharing all the signs of spring!! Jan

Kudzu

I love all the blooms! They are beautiful! Today was a nice day here but we have no color yet. Everything is mud. I put out some of my garden art just to cheer the place up a little. I really enjoyed the adventures of Mr Lizard. Looks like he was having way too much fun. Thanks for the smiles. I always enjoy checking out your blog. It is always an adventure and lots of smiles. How is the hip? Are you doing better?

I love the wisteria...you can send some of that my way. The spiderwort flowers are pretty but they take over the garden. I dug up a ton of it last summer. I moved it to the side of the house so that maybe it will spread all along that side and I won't have to mow there anymore. The rest of the blooms are just beautiful. I can't wait for things to start blooming around here. But we will have to wait for at least another month. Too cold for much of anything right now. The grass is just starting to dry out and turn a little greener.

Ah-h-h-h-h, The Coastal South. Land of Gulf Breezes, Mardi Gras, Francais' country homes, and spring flowers. Am I right "cher"? The place where Hossfly plays only two kinds of music, "Country or Western". Where children walk gravel roads and trails barefoot without flinching and mud puddles are opportunities to catch crawfish with their hands. An area where a violin becomes a whinnin' fiddle and is automatically accompanied by a smile from all who are within hearing distance.
