Thought I'd share some of our day yesterday with you folks since hard work is all part of gardening and garden junk. We had a deer step into our pond during the winter and couldn't find all of the holes, so we had no choice but to replace the liner. What a job! But, I am happy to say that all of our fish made it and are happy swimmers today. Even though one of our 15 pound koi decided to jump out of the holding pool twice!! I'm not sure who was more upset about it...him or me! But, I picked him and put him back in the pool and he seems to be fine now. I came up with a "fishy slide" to help get them back in the pond. My DD really enjoyed sliding in when I caught them in the net. Glad that job is over!
