That is a great excuse - how canI be mad at that ? LOL

We had Mother's Day yesterday at my bro. house. it was nice! Won't believe what I did today! Mom said water wasn't running down the kitchen sink right. After church I changed into my oldest garden clothes. Took the snake over & cleaned out the outlet up to sink & down 21 ft. They had just had new lines out in yard last year so figured it couldn't be too bad. It was messy. Mom uses sink to wash her hair so I teased my dad about our own personal "oil cleanup". Came home, cleaned up & napped until DD called & we had a long talk. Got to go see the pics as DD chaperoned with GD's school chorus & they came in 2nd. Then they all got to go to Disneyland. Got beautiful flowers from DS & his wife. Going to find out where this shop is. Never seen such an assortment in 1 vase 5 large red roses, 3 stems lt. & dk. pink,snapdragons,3 white glads, small lilies in 3 colors,large lily buds with 1 opened up,cymbidium orchid branches,have to get pics tomorrow. So fresh & lovely, sometimes at holidays the flowers arn't so hot! These are fabulous! If I need some for something this is place to go. Hope everyone had a great day!! Lots of "moms" to birds & animals even if no kids so hope it was a good one!! Jan

I went to church, and helped with the passing out
of fabric flowers that we made for the Mothers.
Later I 'saw' my DD, but mostly on stage.
She was in a production of 'Southern hospitality'
at the Pensacola Little Theater. I thought she
did a good job! Hugged her after the play, and came
home to my other 'babies'---the cats.
