Springtime in Tennessee

Some of my flowers in bloom so far. My Clematis went crazy this year. Guess the two years of floods didn't faze it.

Judy...your clematis are GORGEOUS!! Love the straw purse birdhouse...do you have any birds in it this year? So many lovely things to look at..TFS!

What a fun & interesting yard. Chicken & dog seem to lie each other! Love the pretty flowers & irises & the white cart by the bench. Lots of whimsey, smiled at face on tree!TFS Jan

Great to see GREEN and so pretty too! Things are slow to bloom around here. I really like your birdhouse made out of an old straw purse. Great idea!

Thanks everybody, DH had the idea for the purse birdhouse (no birds yet). He is always looking for fun stuff to make into birdhouses. Hoppy is our crippled chicken (twisted leg) so she has a separate pen by the house. Mattie our lab doesn't bother her in the least. The clematis went crazy this year. It is now three years old and seems to love it's location.
