Prayers for my Sister-in-Law

Not sure what is going on around here. First it was my co-worker Terri being diagnosed with breast cancer. And not just your regular run of the mill type but a more aggressive form that required not only a mastectomy but also chemo. She has been doing pretty well. She gets nauseous after her treatments and has lost a lot of weight (luckily she had extra pounds to spare!). She was fighting off a couple of infections the past couple of weeks and had to have a blood transfusion last week. She could sure use more prayers!

Now my sister-in-law Mary has been diagnosed with non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma (or NHL). She said the doctor told her there is a 97% recovery rate so that is good news. She starts chemo this week. She could definitely use some prayers!

Thank you all for your well wishes for Terri. I know how much you all helped me with my Bob and how wonderful the power of prayer can be. I'm hoping all you Garden Junk angels can help these 2 ladies through this. ((((HUGS))))

BIL had NHL & went on as if nothing was going on!! Amazing he wasn't sick at all from chemo, been 4-5 yrs since he had it & is fine so things have come a long way. Glad it is up to 97% recovery now!! Still lot of worry & expense & maybe being sick. Hope both ladies do well & recover 100%!Hugs & prayers! Jan

Thanks all! I know their knowing that complete strangers care enough to pray for them is a great comfort. Plus it helps that y'all have a hotline to God. lol! My SIL is a pretty tough cookie so I'm sure she will do well with the chemo. Jan, I hope she does as well as your BIL! Thanks again :^)
