Thanks sunny! With the seal I used (http://www.onetimewood.com/) I will be on Social Security (if Obama doesn't screw that up too) before it needs anything more than sweeping.

I have thought about putting up some 2x10's - finding a HUGE sheet of plastic or something and turning it into an ice skating rink in the winters. Mrs. Sometimes, Mrs. Maybe and Mrs. No says absolutely not, so that to me that means go ahead and plan it!

As for entertaining, what we are telling people now is that the only thing we can do is have a BYOFC party - Bring Your Own Food any Chair!

The only real negative I have noticed is that the deer and bear have not been around for awhile - but the wood bee problem went away with the deal being sealed!
