How's that shoulder, Honey? I had rotator cuff surgery and it's lousy. I just read your post, and had to write and ask. I learned a few things through mine....After surgery tape that puppy down to your side from time to time so it doesn't move AT ALL, sleep sitting upright in a chair for a few weeks, stay ahead of the pain with the meds (as much as you can) and excercise it all you can bare to. The doctor told me it was difficult surgery, but I didn't expect THAT. Wow! Sure hope you're all better now.
