i almost put it on garden junk...but wasn't sure. But these are for outside..so...lol :D

you'll need old albums, paint stir sticks and a hot glue gun. fold a sheet of paper in half and draw out a nice pattern. you can use 2 pieces for front and back, or only 1 piece. cut the paint stir stick in half...glue about 1" of the top onto the fan. pass them out at your cook-out as party favors...maybe add a small red/white/blue ribbon!
